Production Support Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
* Installation, upgrade, calibration and maintenance of our client's systems according to quality standards.
* Troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing systems.
* Integrating systems and services into customers' environments.
* Installing, adapting and configuring system software (e.g. Operating System, Tester Software, tools) according to customer requirements.
Requirements:
* University degree or higher in Electronic Engineering or a related technical field.
* Solving a broad range of hardware and software problems of varying scope and complexity.
* Collecting, evaluating and providing customer requirements for consideration in product improvements and new product developments.
* Handling short-term projects and achieving results by applying project management methodology.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
* Knowledge of MS Office and Linux (Redhat) operating systems.
* IT network knowledge, preferably with C/C++ programming language skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated troubleshooting abilities.
* Ability to work in teams and in a global environment, with minimal supervision and under pressure.
* Holding a full clean driver's license.
