About the Role
The Account Executive, Global role at Rippling presents a unique opportunity for talented and ambitious individuals to manage high-velocity sales cycles while navigating strategic sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish Rippling as a market leader across EMEA by working closely with sales and cross-functional leadership to define and execute the company's playbook.
* Develop sales skills and accelerate career growth in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* At least 3 years of sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B solutions.
* Experience carrying an annual quota of $1M+ and achieving top 10% sales performance.
* Proficiency in selling HRIS/HCM, payroll, or global payroll products.
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish being a plus.
Nice to Have:
* Additional language skills, including Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish.
