Assistant Store Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Co. Kerry.
This is a challenging role that requires assisting the store manager in the daily running of the store, with a focus on the plumbing and heating department. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing a plumbing, heating, renewable energy, hardware, and building materials store.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the store manager in the overall running of the store.
* Manage the plumbing and heating department effectively.
* Work with the team to deliver excellent customer service.
* Lead and manage a team of sales staff.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar role.
* Plumbing, Heating, Renewable Energy knowledge and experience essential.
* Hardware and Building Materials retail background considered an advantage.
* Proven track record of leadership and team management.
* Strong Communication, Organisation, Leadership, and Time Management skills.
* Ability to work flexible shifts including weekdays and weekends.
* Experience with stock control, rotation, and taking.
* Customer-focused approach to provide excellent customer service.
* Computer literate with CRM management skills.
Packaging:
* Competitive salary range of €50,000 - €60,000 per annum dependent on experience.
