Your Role
We are seeking a Business Support Specialist to assist the Quality department in delivering business objectives by managing calendars, planning travel, and spearheading administrative and business support activities.
* Manage diaries for the Site Quality Director and site management team as required.
* Plan and arrange itineraries for domestic and international travel.
* Support travel arrangements of key personnel within the site.
* Reconcile expenses and POs for the Site Quality Director and the department.
* Manage time and attendance in Workday for direct staff of the Site Quality Director.
* Compile weekly reports based on input from across the business.
* Create content for PowerPoint presentations and site communications.
* Support various business activities requested by the Site Quality Director.
Requirements
* Minimum NFQ Level 7 Qualification in Business, Engineering, Science or Manufacturing qualification.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in similar positions.
* Excellent diary management skills.
* Strong communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook / Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
* Attention to detail.
