Seller Engagement and Enablement team enables sellers to start their onboarding to the Amazon platform for doing their business within India.
Our team supports sellers by providing registration support on desktop and mobile app, helping them choose the right type of shipping option for their business, providing sellers options to choose about provider networks that help them to use specific services, and providing specific inputs for brands to choose the right product and to grow their business.

Our team is actively involved in defining key product features that impact our sellers' business and growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Follow a tech SOP for completing a project/onboarding tasks.Write codes accomplishing some small tasks or rectifying some issues happening in a service.Understand and debug minor issues occurring in a service when a TT comes/PE raised.Prod deployment and sanity.Reassign the TTs to the right teams following the SOP.Write scripts for automations to fix commonly occurring issues.Understand and work on AWS services like Lambda, SQS, DDB.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 1+ years of software development, or 1+ years of technical support experience
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience scripting in modern programming languages
- A degree in Computer Science or at least one year of relevant experience in a large-scale online technical operations environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong in any one scripting language.
- Basic understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate efficient and effective interaction with peers and customers.
- Effective organizational skills to maintain a consistently high standard of operations in a busy environment.
- Confidence to initiate, drive, and manage conference calls involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Basic Linux/Unix command knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic AWS knowledge (preferred, not necessary).
- Instances in previous job experience of tech-related work, ownership, and going beyond their assigned work to solve some issues.
- Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals and good understanding of distributed software systems.
- Exposure to server-less cloud computing is a strong plus.
- Experience with technical support, incident response, and incident management.
- Able to automate select systems administration tasks through the creation and maintenance of scripts and tools.
- Exposure to Test Driven Development, CI/CD process to achieve zero-touch deployments.
