Client Support Coordinator

Client Support Coordinator Job Description:
The Client Support Coordinator comprises a variety of duties in the coordination of scheduling services for clients and caregivers. You will assist with ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our clients. Duties & Responsibilities below include but are not limited to:
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Coordinate Client/Caregiver Schedules
* Assign client/carer schedules daily to match with client care plans.
* Continuous monitoring of client activity and update client information using our internal rostering software.
* Ensuring all communication with regards to caregivers/clients/HSE/family members etc. is recorded in a timely fashion and saved on our internal rostering software.
* Monitor and progress unassigned shifts.
* Scheduling of rosters daily and forward planning.
Client/Caregiver Service:
* All incoming calls should be answered in a friendly and professional manner.
* All received emails should be dealt with efficiently and within an acceptable timeframe to satisfy the client/caregiver request.
* Deal promptly with shift cancellations, shift time changes and amendments, additional and ad-hoc requests.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and caregivers.
* Facilitate the continued provision of client care supporting interactions between Home Instead staff, family members, and HSE.
Client/Caregiver Records:
* Maintain and keep up to date accurate client and caregiver records.
* Set up accurate schedules on our internal rostering software.
* Handle all data subject information in accordance with GDPR guidelines and regulations.
CAREGiver Supervision:
* Coordinate caregiver holidays ensuring that any care plan changes are logged and communicated within set times to clients.
* Arrange caregiver holiday or sick leave cover where required.
Requirements:
* At least one year of scheduling experience.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
* A team player.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* One year of Admin or reception experience.
* Available Monday to Friday from 9 am - 5:30 pm.
