Junior Accounts Administrator Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Administrator to join our team in Killarney, County Kerry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process invoices, payments, and expense reports with accuracy and efficiency.
* Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions, maintaining the integrity of our financial data.
* Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
* Reconcile bank statements with internal accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
* Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including filing, mail handling, and other clerical tasks.
Requirements:
* A minimum Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification, along with additional qualifications in finance or bookkeeping.
* Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role is beneficial but not essential.
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
