Job Title: Legal Secretary
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced legal secretary to join a top firm in Belfast City Centre. The successful candidate will work within the property department and be responsible for preparing and drafting various legal documents.
Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare and draft legal documents
* Organise, manage, and maintain case files
* Maintain effective communication with clients
* Provide administrative support including answering calls and managing correspondence
Requirements:
* At least 1 year's experience as a legal secretary
* Property experience preferred
* Effective time management skills
* Good communication skills and telephone manner
