Field Sales Executive
Overview / Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive sales and expand our market presence in the Leinster/midlands territory. This role involves managing relationships with new and existing retail partners, promoting our product portfolio, and ensuring our brands achieve optimal placement and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
* Territory Management: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for your territory to achieve sales targets and maximise market share.
* Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing retail partners, ensuring exceptional service and support.
* Sales Performance: Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed objectives.
* Training and Support: Collaborate with training team to ensure in store staff are knowledgeable about our products and promotional activities.
* Market Analysis: Gather and report on market intelligence, competitor activities, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
* Promotional Activities: Execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team ensuring maximum participation in your territory.
* Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with your sales, marketing and training colleagues. Ensure that management and all stakeholders are updated regarding territory performance and opportunities.
Key Experience / Skills / Education
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within the FMCG, Beauty or healthcare industry. Direct to Pharmacy field sales experience an advantage.
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of pharmacy and beauty landscape.
* Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building successful client relationships.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Organisational Skills: Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Driving License: Valid Irish driving licence required for travel within the territory.
