Job Description:
MS 365 Technical Support Specialist
Contract Details: Initially a 6-month daily rate contract, with remote work options.
Key Responsibilities:
* Utilize Microsoft 365 suite experience (MS bookings and MS forms) to support end-to-end solutions and solution architectures.
* Create and troubleshoot MS bookings and MS forms.
* Troubleshoot various Office 365 issues, including connectivity and mobility.
* Support the architect team by providing technical expertise for Microsoft configuration and support.
* Contribute to technical testing for the interfaces stream of client projects, requiring some knowledge of technical tests.
