Our client is looking to hire a certified nurse who speaks Italian, to join their Dublin based team. You will become a member of their medical team, which assists clients with their medical needs on an international scale while collaborating with international nonprofit organisations in need of medical assistance. Additionally, you will assist clients with their medical inquiries and assist those who are travelling that sustain medical injuries to get back to their home countries.

Key Responsibilities
Overseeing intricate medical cases throughout the organisation.
1. Collaborating with doctors and line managers across departments to ensure the accuracy of submissions.
2. Coordinating with travel partners to repatriate patients to their home countries.
3. Offering medical assistance and advice to global charities.
4. Cultivating robust relationships with clients, customers, and internal as well as external stakeholders.
5. Maintaining an updated database and demonstrating strong administrative skills.
6. Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering client relationships.
7. Adhering to team service level agreements (SLAs).
8. Ensuring high-quality output in daily activities according to the role’s requirements.
9. Participating in process improvement initiatives relevant to the role.
Experience Required

12. Fluent in Italian

16. Experience effectively dealing with high volumes and quick turnaround times.
