Tirln - Sales Executive Inside Sales Team (Agri)

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing revenues for their regions within this new sales channel. They will work closely with Inside sales team members, develop strong relationships with commercial and operations colleagues to ensure success, and achieve sales targets for assigned regions.
Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales targets for assigned regions and seek to expand customer base
* Maximise each sale by leveraging upselling or cross-selling opportunities
* Foster long-term relationships with customers delivering excellent customer service and address issues promptly
* Utilise CRM technologies to support customer targeting, order placement, and tracking
* Work closely with area managers and regional heads to identify and pursue telesales opportunities
* Monitor, analyse, and report on sales performance adjusting strategies as needed
Requirements:
* Sales experience tele-sales experience an advantage
* Demonstrate understanding of customer and market served is an advantage positive can-do attitude essential
* Flexible mindset particularly at early stage of development of this team
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
