We're looking for a skilled LEED CxA to join our Sustainability Team. In this role, you'll contribute to innovative and challenging projects alongside industry experts, shaping the future of sustainable design and construction as part of PM Group's world-class, multi-discipline team. Responsibilities As a LEED CxA, you'll play a key role in ensuring the successful commissioning of building systems with a strong focus on meeting LEED Certification requirements. Your expertise will help us deliver high-performing, sustainable projects across various LEED rating systems. Manage the LEED commissioning process for HVAC, Electrical, and Building Envelope Systems focusing on the requirements to support the LEED Certification. Review Owner Project Requirements (OPRs) and Basis of Design (BOD) documents to ensure alignment with project goals and design intent. Develop commissioning specifications and create comprehensive design and construction phase commissioning plans. Facilitate commissioning meetings with stakeholders. Review submittals, start-up sheets, RFIs, and change orders related to commissioned equipment and systems. Prepare and execute Functional Performance Test procedures, including TAB reviews and final reports. Deliver final reports and systems manuals that provide a detailed project summary to clients. Support team growth by contributing to proposals and expanding client relationships. Conduct field visits to observe system installation and prepare field reports. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Other responsibilities and opportunities may include: Lead/support commissioning to meet the requirements of BREEAM certifications. Support Design Teams with technical aspects of NZEB, Low/Net Zero Carbon/Energy Building design & commissioning strategies Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with evolving sustainability legislation. Build and manage client relationships both internally and externally. Provide aftercare support on completed projects to ensure ongoing success. Qualifications What we're looking for We want to hear from pro-active, detail-orientated professionals with An Architecture /Engineering/ Environmental/ Sustainability or related subject (Level 8) Familiarity with LEED, BREEAM, and other sustainability certification frameworks such as LEED GA or AP BD&C: Building Design and Construction ID+C: Interior Design and Construction BREEAM AP and/or WELL AP Licensed Professional Engineer or Chartered Engineer status (or working to achieve) preferable If not already certified, you may be working towards one of the following certifications: ASHRAE's Commissioning Process Management Professional (CPMP); ACG's Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA); BCA's Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP) 5+ years' experience as a commissioning/energy systems consultant or related position Full project commissioning process from early design phase through to occupancy. A background in facility operation and maintenance would be advantageous. Ability to travel to work sites as needed or required Clear and confident communication skills Project engineering/management skills, including decision making, problem solving, planning and organization, leadership and team building skills Why PM Group?
