About your new job: The Maintenance Technician will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by supporting the plant's daily maintenance needs and keeping equipment running at peak performance. Your duties as a Maintenance Technician: Conduct routine preventive maintenance inspections and perform adjustments, repairs, or replacements of defective parts or equipment as needed. Rebuild and repair robotics, automated systems, and hydraulic components, including valves and pumps, to ensure optimal performance. Perform calibrations on injection units and clamp-end systems using specified equipment, verifying proper machine sequence operation. Oversee facility maintenance, ensuring all building systems are functional and address any required repairs. Create and manage comprehensive maintenance plans for plant equipment while maintaining detailed service records and schedules. Participate in daily technical meetings, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and implement Lean Principles to enhance operational efficiency. What skill/experience you need Hold a certification in engineering, automation, or a mechanical fitter qualification, with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated expertise in working with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
