The Talent Acquisition Partner (Early Careers) Role
We are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner (Early Careers) to join our cloud software client based in Dublin. This is a 12-month contract role with hybrid working options.
Job Responsibilities:
* As a staff-level member of the Early Career recruiting team, you will execute on global recruitment strategies for assigned functional and geographic areas.
* You will manage interview processes for each assigned requisition.
* You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process from initial job specification development through candidate acceptance.
* You will partner with internal business partners and utilize your deep understanding of recruitment to develop strategies, policy, and process for recruitment.
* You will conduct thorough needs assessments with hiring managers prior to initiating sourcing and recruitment activities.
* You will establish communication strategies with hiring managers for specific requisitions around candidate and interviewer feedback, SLAs, and next steps.
* You will ensure the end-to-end recruiting process is aligned with the recruiting strategy and manage the candidate experience from initial contact through final disposition.
* You will analyze the performance and success of sourcing strategies and continually explore and recommend process improvements.
* You will maintain knowledge of talent acquisition trends, policies, and processes.
* You will actively build a talent pool/network for assigned functional or geographical areas to enhance the efficiency of applicant generation.
* You must have university/campus recruiting experience.
* You must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet and/or exceed expectations.
Education and Experience:
* You must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a similar field.
* You must have at least 2 years of recruiting/campus experience.
* You must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, and have a focus on delivering business results.
* You must be skilled in negotiation, judgment, decision-making, and the ability to influence.
* You must take initiative, be proactive, and have strong follow-through and client service.
* You must be self-motivated, driven, and have a go-getter mentality.
