About the Role
We are working on behalf of a leading law firm in East Belfast to recruit a full-time and permanent Legal Secretary with experience in Conveyancing.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years+ experience in conveyancing, excellent IT skills including all MS Office packages, and be able to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out a variety of secretarial and administrative duties
* Travel and diary management
* Perform audio typing and transcribe dictations accurately and efficiently
* Handle correspondence and documentation with attention to detail
* Maintain client confidentiality and uphold the firm's professional standards
* Document management
* Minute taking
* Audio transcription using Big Hand
