In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations for a diverse portfolio of international clients.

Roles and Responsibilities Perform daily and quarterly accounting tasks, including bank reconciliations, cash reporting, and disbursement processing.
Prepare and submit journal entries into cloud-based accounting systems.
Assist in the preparation of GAAP-compliant financial statements.
Generate and review workpapers for fund products within the reporting cycle.
Support the preparation of capital calls, distributions, and allocations.
Respond to ad-hoc investor inquiries promptly and accurately.
Assist with client and investor communication.
Work closely with internal teams and external auditors during reporting cycles.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, controls, and company policies.
Job Requirements Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, with accountancy qualification or progress toward one considered a plus.
2+ year of experience in fund accounting, private fund administration, or financial services.
Familiarity with GAAP financial reporting is advantageous Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and cloud-based accounting software.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Collaborative and results-driven, with strong communication skills, integrity, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
