Requirements:
* Bachelor's Honours Degree (Level 8) in a technical field and at least 10 years' experience in facilities management.
* At least 2-3 years of managerial experience, demonstrating successful project leadership skills.
* Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools and systems.
* Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with high discretion and judgment in decision-making.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal relationship skills, and negotiating abilities.
