Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable candidate with 4+ years of experience in a Facilities Manager or Soft Service Manager position. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations of key support services, ensuring consistent delivery of cleaning, workplace experience, waste management, security, events, and technical services.
* Serve as primary operational contact, resolving inquiries efficiently and maintaining clear communication.
* Implement and support Health and Safety initiatives in collaboration with the Health and Safety team.
* Manage relationships with external service providers and monitor contract performance.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to improve service delivery and identify opportunities for efficiency.
* Implement initiatives to enhance sustainability and operational effectiveness.
* Provide leadership and support to the on-site team.
* Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
