Job Description
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be working within our company values of Be Brave, Be Wise, Be Proud, and Exceed. You will be part of a team supporting a financial client's growth in the Irish market, providing best-in-class support to customers.
Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound and outbound phone calls efficiently, collating information from customers.
* Answer customer inquiries via virtual call centre.
* Maintain accurate customer records in accordance with relevant regulations.
* Drive sales to achieve targets.
* Identify, convert, or refer new sales opportunities to meet customer needs.
Requirements:
* Minimum 9 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
* Ability to learn and grow with Covalen.
* Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland and pass background checks.
