Job Description:
CPM Ireland is currently hiring a Charity Ambassador Team Leader. The purpose of this role will be to provide coaching and development for Field Sales Representatives and work as part of a Field Sales Team generating new customers on behalf of the client. Salary up to €35 DOE, €49k OTE, fully uncapped commission structure, car allowance €5k p/a or company van.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out field accompaniments and 1-2-1 meetings with Field Sales Representatives as directed by Sales Manager.
2. Provide coaching and development for all Team members.
3. Manage all issues and incidents in Sales Manager’s absence.
4. Calling on potential customers in their homes, promoting charitable work.
5. Delivery of personal and Team sales targets.
6. Follow up where required supporting all Head Office sales processing procedures.
7. Work to set standards as defined by the Sales Manager.
8. Continuous reporting of field intelligence to ensure field opportunities are identified and grasped.
9. To always ensure that you operate in an effective, efficient, and professional manner when completing all tasks and representing your company and client.
10. To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your Sales Manager.
11. Ensure Team are always acting compliantly.
12. Manage Team sales quality and compliance in support of the Sales Manager.
13. Establish communication with Field Sales Reps daily.
14. Ensure that Reps are successful in reaching/exceeding their targets as set by the Sales Manager.
15. Ensure that the Sales Manager is informed of all competitive activities and operational updates from the field.
Minimum Requirements:
1. At least 12 month’s experience in a fast-paced operations or administrative role.
2. Prior experience and proven advanced ability in Microsoft Office software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
3. Passion for ownership of a process or workstream to deliver success through autonomy.
4. Ability to perform in a team environment and on own initiative.
5. Previous experience in sales order management, processing and/or reporting.
6. Experience within the sales sectors, either sales based or operations/admin.
7. Initiative and ability to perform independently and without direct supervision.
8. Effective time management and organisation skills.
9. Commitment to process and account improvements through constructive critical appraisal of role.
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
11. Ability to communicate with people from all levels within an organisation.
12. Ability to verbally express oneself clearly, face to face and by phone.
13. Ability to communicate and present material in multimedia format.
14. Ability to present data, numbers and tables clearly with focus on relevance and clarity.
