Dublin.Role OverviewAs the Recruitment Officer, you will be instrumental in attracting, engaging, and onboarding talented early years professionals who share our values and passion for childcare.
You'll manage the recruitment process from end to end, building strong relationships with Directors and creating a seamless and engaging candidate experience that reflects our core valuesKey ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage the full recruitment cycle for early years educators, centre management, and support staff.Write and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms (e.g.
Indeed, LinkedIn etc.
).Proactively source candidates using a range of channels including social media, databases, careers fairs, and college outreach.Coordinate and participate in interviews and screening calls.Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needs.Candidate Experience & OnboardingEnsure a warm, professional, and timely candidate experience at every stage of the process.Ensure vetting, reference checks, qualifications, and onboarding documents are processed efficiently.Support and improve the onboarding journey to help new team members feel welcomed, informed, and ready to thrive from day one.Collaboration & StrategyPartner with Operations Managers to understand workforce planning and recruitment needs across all centres.Maintain recruitment trackers, analyse data, and prepare reports for the Senior Management Team.Support initiatives that enhance our employer brand and position Busy Bees Ireland as an employer of choice in the childcare sector.This list is not exhaustive and will be reviewed and added to as the role progresses.Requirements:At least 2 years' experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally in a high-volume, multi-site, or childcare / education settingCIPD qualification or equivalent is desirableProficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)Knowledge of Irish employment law and familiarity with Tusla compliance processes is a strong advantageBe proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environmentCapable of working on own initiative and as part of a teamExcellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbalMust have eligibility to work full-time in the EUThe successful candidate will be required to attend ongoing Recruitments events in Ireland & across EuropeKnowledge of Spanish would be an advantageA people-first mindset with the ability to build rapport, inspire trust, and represent the group positivelyA genuine passion for early childhood education and a strong alignment with our valuesWhat We Offer:Competitive SalaryCompany phone and laptop providedChildcare Discount should it be applicableFree Parking at sites and office basePermanent Health Insurance and Death in Service coverOpportunities for international travelFurther opportunities for development and growth
