What you need to know We are currently seeking a Credit Control Analyst to join a dynamic financial services organisation based in Louth.

Your new job Key duties & responsibilities: Monitor and manage member loan accounts to ensure adherence to repayment agreements.
Identify accounts that will require special attention or investigation.
Communicate with members via phone, email, and letter regarding arrears and missed payments.
Collaborate with external legal service providers on debt recovery processes.
Maintain accurate records of all member interactions on the banking platform.
Discuss and negotiate repayment options with members facing financial difficulties.
Manage key performance indicators related to arrears and bad debt recovery.
Set up and modify direct debits and internal account transfers as needed.
Monitor accounts to ensure compliance with agreed repayment arrangements.
Identify and implement initiatives to reduce loan delinquency and improve debt recovery.
Liaise with the Central Credit Register as required.
Prepare and submit monthly credit control reports to the Board.
Perform additional administrative and reporting duties as required by management.
What are we looking for?
Key skills & experience: 2 or more years' experience in credit control or a related role.
QFA qualification or desire to work towards QFA qualification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage empathetically and build relationships.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Proactive and adaptable to changing business needs.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Self-motivated with enthusiasm to learn and develop professionally.
Ability to review data and identify trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
