Located in the heart of Dublin, our iconic Conference hotel caters for up to 1200 delegates with 20 supporting meeting rooms and 502 guest bedrooms.

Objective of the Role
">
The Bar Manager will lead the operational & financial success of the Bar function reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager.

Key Responsibilities
">
* Lead the Bar department and execute the strategy to achieve goals.
* People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
* Set targets for the Bar team in line with the overall departmental and hotel strategy.
* Support/Oversee events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service at all times.
* Manage the budget and cost effectiveness of the department.

Requirements

Experience in a Food & Beverage management role in a leading hotel. Experience in large conferences and events is a distinct advantage.

Excellent Leadership skills. Experience in recruiting and developing employees. High standards and attention to detail. An excellent focus on our customers.
