Role: Goods-In Warehouse Operative & SAP Administrator
Salary: €28,000 - €35,000 per annum

This dual-role position as a Goods-In Warehouse Operative and SAP Administrator is ideal for professionals who thrive in an organised, fast-paced warehouse environment. It combines the physical, hands-on duties of a warehouse operative with the technical and administrative responsibilities of SAP data management. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP, hold a valid counterbalance forklift license, and demonstrate excellent organisational skills to ensure efficient inventory tracking and stock management.
Working with a collaborative and motivated warehouse team, this role plays a vital part in ensuring inventory accuracy and the smooth operation of goods-in processes. The successful candidate will be required to handle goods receipt, manage SAP data entries, and support various operational activities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys varied work, balancing operational duties with data management.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform goods-in activities, ensuring accurate unloading, checking, and storing of incoming goods.
2. Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently to handle and move goods.
3. Use SAP to record and manage stock levels, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
4. Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies, ensuring stock accuracy and warehouse organisation.
5. Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies in received goods.
6. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
7. Conduct stock takes and inventory checks as scheduled, assisting with audits as needed.
8. Collaborate with other warehouse operatives to streamline warehouse processes and improve operational efficiency.
9. Handle daily administrative tasks, such as updating records, generating reports, and providing status updates on inventory levels.
10. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse to enhance process efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a goods-in role.
2. Proficiency with SAP or a similar warehouse management system.
3. Valid counterbalance forklift license.
4. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Familiarity with health and safety protocols in a warehouse setting.
7. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
8. Flexibility and adaptability to handle varied tasks and responsibilities.
9. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and documentation.
