Job Description
An Assistant Fund Accountant Manager is sought by a reputable financial services company for their central Dublin office, which operates on a hybrid model with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review due diligence on all new direct loans and alternative investments.
* Review investee allocations, limited partnership agreements, and capital account statements.
* Review and process capital call and distribution notices.
* Reconcile the daily Net Asset Values (NAV).
* Manage the year-end direct equity valuation process.
* Participate in workflow development and enhancement.
* Train, coach, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in Fund Accounting, preferably in Private Equity or Hedge Funds.
* A third-level qualification in Finance or Accounting (or related field).
* Experience in training and supervising fund accountants.
* Preferably an ACCA Qualification.
