Job description
We are currently seeking experienced and incredibly sound bar staff to join our team in the newly reopened hidden gem 'The Hill' in Ranelagh. If you are passionate about exceptional customer service, quirky cocktails, and have previous experience, then we would love to hear from you! The ideal candidates would be hardworking, highly motivated legends with a passion for hospitality.
Specific responsibilities of the Bartender include:
* Maintains a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
* Builds rapport with customers, getting to know locals and chatting in a friendly professional manner to guests.
* Hardworking team player with a willingness to learn.
* Properly and promptly prepares, garnishes, and serves drinks to guests.
* Engages with guests by making drinks in front of them using working flair.
* Knows the menu and how to make appropriate beverages.
* Upsells guests on drink items when appropriate.
* Keeps a clean, organized bar area.
* Accurately rings up all orders in the POS system while maintaining the ability to socialize with guests.
* Builds business by promoting specials and building a regular clientele.
Requirements
* Have the necessary skills and experience to complete the role.
* Must be a good English speaker.
* Have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
* Must have exceptional customer and personal service standards.
* Have a good work ethic and be self-motivated.
* Must be friendly and a great team player.
* Must be legally entitled to work in Ireland.

Salary: DOE
Pay: From €13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
