Identify and flag inefficiencies or recurring admin issues, suggesting improvements to the Operations Manager. Oversee email and phone correspondence, ensuring high standards of communication with parents, suppliers, and stakeholders. Manage calendars for office-wide meetings, including leadership team schedules and boardroom bookings. Support the daily work of administrative team members by providing guidance, task delegation, and real-time troubleshooting where needed. Maintain up-to-date records of IT assets and office equipment across all services, including laptops, tablets, printers, and mobile devices. Act as the first point of contact for internal GDPR-related queries, escalating complex matters to the Operations Manager. What Skills You Need 3+ years' experience in office administration or operations, ideally within a multi-site or regulated environment. 1+ years' experience in a supervisory or lead administrator role. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field desirable. Strong organisational and multitasking skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and digital administration tools.
