Role Overview:
The Domestic Sales Executive will drive growth in the domestic central heating sector by managing leads and securing new customers. You'll work closely with the Territory Development Manager, key stakeholders, and internal teams to achieve sales targets, manage contracts, and ensure a seamless customer experience from lead to installation.
This role requires an energetic, driven individual with strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales targets by managing and converting leads into signed contracts.
* Conduct site visits and ensure compliant placement of storage tanks.
* Collaborate with the Territory Development Manager, specifiers, and installers.
* Understand customer needs and offer consultative, value-driven solutions.
* Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
* Coordinate installation process with the Home Energy Support Team.
* Represent the company at events to promote the brand.
* Use CRM and other IT systems for reporting and analysis.
Key Requirements:
* Proven sales experience.
* High energy, motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
* Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Detail-oriented and safety-conscious.
* Competent in IT and technology use.
* Full clean driving license.
