Key responsibilities of the Guest Services Manager will include: Lead and manage the Guest Services team, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for the team.
Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to service standards Greet guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and personalized care.
Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, including VIP and special requests.
Create and manage personalized guest plans, including pre, during, and post-stay communication.
Oversee daily operations of the Guest Services department, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
Communicate guest details and service plans across departments.
Maintain knowledge of hotel products, services, and facilities.
Uphold Forbes 5-star standards and company policies.
The ideal candidate for the Guest Services Executive position should: Self-motivated, standards-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English with high personal standards and a passion for working in a luxury hotel with previous experience.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Knowledgeable about Forbes 5-star standards and Red Carnation Standards and adaptable in approach.
Capable of handling high-pressure situations with composure.
Third level educational discipline desired.
Experience working with Opera system.
