Accounts & Office Manager Our client in an accountancy and advisory practice based near Dublin 15, looking for an experienced Office and Accounts Manageron a part time basis.
This role can be done over 3 or 4 days, they can provide 2 days work from home.
You will have experience in a busy Accountancy practice, experience in office and accounts management, with fluent English and also have experience working with Sage Cloud.

Flexible hours Hybrid options Bike to work scheme Salary 23-30 euro per hour depending on experience Christmas Bonus Parking Sick pay Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise daily operations including RCT contracts, notifications, payments, and reconciliations.
Oversee bookkeeping tasks and ensure they are correctly prepared and organized for the preparation of monthly accounts to Trial Balance.
Collaborate with bookkeepers, ensuring that bookkeeping work is accurately passed on and managed.
Handle client-specific tasks such as managing VAT, PAYE, income tax, and corporation tax returns, including filing returns via the ROS online system and the Companies Registration Office.
Support and assist with Revenue audits and day-to-day client queries.
Provide feedback and analysis to management through ad hoc reporting and data analysis.
Engage in administrative tasks including managing payments on ROS and providing general office management support.
Implement new processes and procedures that relate to the administration of the business.
Supervising and overseeing team work, ensuring time management and efficiency.
Reporting to the financial controller and ensuring all financial information is prepared for senior accountants for financial statement preparation.
Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in an accountancy practice in IRELAND is required.
Proficiency in using Sage One Cloud System and comfortable using ROS online system and the Companies Registration Office for filings.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Qualified Accounting Technician or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
