The Role
We seek an experienced Senior Digital Analytics Consultant to drive our clients' data-driven journey through expert implementation of the Google Marketing Platform ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you'll lead strategy development, solution design, and insights delivery while serving as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients.
Working alongside our Head of Solution Design, Practice Consultants, and Data Engineers, you'll oversee the complete analytics lifecycle:
1. Project Phase : Research, discovery, solution architecture, and implementation
2. Program Phase : Analysis, insights generation, strategic consultation, and activation
You'll manage your own client portfolio, designing sophisticated measurement frameworks and translating complex data into actionable business strategies that deliver measurable impact.
Technical Expertise
Required
* Google Marketing Platform (GA4, GTM, BigQuery, Google Cloud, Looker Studio)
* Major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
* Data analysis tools (Excel and SQL)
* Consent Management Platforms (OneTrust, CookiePro, CookieBot, etc.) and knowledge of privacy laws and regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
Preferred
* Data Warehousing (Amazon, Azure, Snowflake)
* Python or R
Key Responsibilities
* Discovery and consultation with key stakeholders to understand their unique objectives, business needs, and opportunities
* Design and implement comprehensive measurement solutions leveraging GA4, GTM, and BigQuery to transform business performance
* Educate stakeholders on analytics best practices, enabling data-informed decision-making across client organizations.
* Develop strategic frameworks for marketing effectiveness, attribution modeling, data governance, and optimization programs.
* Build and nurture client relationships through consultative leadership and a deep understanding of their business objectives.
* Translate complex analytics insights into clear, compelling recommendations for senior stakeholders.
* Proactively identify opportunities and provide solutions to enhance client outcomes.
* Conduct both structured and ad-hoc analysis of digital marketing and web data to generate actionable insights.
* Undertake audits and troubleshoot existing analytics configurations.
Qualifications & Experience
* 6+ years of hands-on experience with Google Marketing Platform solutions (GA, GTM) and related analytics tools
* Strategic thinking with a proactive, results-driven mindset
* Strong data analysis capabilities using Excel and SQL
* Proficiency with data visualization platforms (Looker Studio, PowerBI, Tableau) and UX principles for data visualization
* Working knowledge of major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
* Exceptional client relationship management skills
* Excellent documentation and presentation abilities
* Experience translating complex analytics findings into actionable business recommendations
* Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
* Passion for continuous learning in the dynamic field of digital analytics and media
