The Role
* Lead the design and implementation of a future-focused reward and benefits strategy.
* Oversee the full reward lifecycle, including salary benchmarking, bonus structures, and pay reviews.
* Partner with senior leadership to shape executive and operational reward initiatives.
* Enhance the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in collaboration with People Partners and Business Leaders.
* Drive innovation and process improvements to ensure best-in-class reward practices.
* Manage and develop a high-performing team, with two direct reports.
The Ideal Candidate
* Extensive experience in reward strategy, total rewards, and benchmarking.
* Background in a multinational or top-tier consultancy.
* Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate at a strategic level.
* Experience managing benefit programs and leading a team.
* Degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.
