Job Title: Cloud Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
* Leverage your expertise to provide customers with innovative solutions to their complex issues
* Collaborate with leading engineers around the world to reproduce and resolve customer issues
* Participate in projects that improve support-related processes and our customers' technical support experience
* Develop tutorials, how-to videos, and other technical articles for the developer community
* Work on critical, highly complex customer problems that may span multiple AWS services
Requirements:
* 2 years of experience with Docker/Containers
* 2-4 years of knowledge/experience in administration and troubleshooting for two (2) or more of the following: DevOps/Deployment OR Orchestration Management OR Configuration Management
* Knowledge/experience in continuous integration technology (e.g. Chef, Puppet, Docker, Jenkins, Ansible, or related tools)
* Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) with Jenkins, TeamCity, Circle CI or a similar tool
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* One or more Web and Application Server technologies (e.g. Apache HTTPD, Apache Tomcat, Nginx, Glassfish, JBoss, Puma, Passenger, IIS)
* Scripting or development experience using Python, Node.js/JavaScript, PowerShell or C# (.NET), Ruby, Golang
* Understanding of the complete deployment lifecycle from design, build, test, deploy
* Experience with Kubernetes or containerization technologies
* Experience with System Administration with Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat) and/or Microsoft Windows Server
