Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager or Assistant HR Manager ready for their first HR Manager role. The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of people-related matters, including hiring, compliance, culture, and problem-solving.
The successful candidate will work closely with leadership to ensure the company runs smoothly, employees are supported, and policies are effective.
Responsibilities:
* Manage employee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
* Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
* Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation strategies.
* Develop and implement training and development programs.
* Create and maintain a positive workplace culture.
* Work with department heads to align HR with business goals.
* Optimize HR processes for efficiency and practicality.
Requirements:
* Solid experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
* Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
* Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* A practical, solution-focused approach.
