Community Operations Specialist (Remote Europe)

You will streamline and scale our community programs, ensuring our members receive the right support while helping our internal teams leverage the power of our engaged audience.
To achieve this, you will take charge of operational tasks, content coordination, and program execution, allowing our Senior Community Manager to focus on high-level strategy.
Responsibilities
1. Support & Scale Community Onboarding
o Onboard new ambassadors, YouTube creators, and experts community members.
o Manage licenses and Slack access for smooth entry into our ecosystem.
o Assist in coordinating community events, helping ambassadors with venue selection and logistics.
2. Optimize Community Engagement & Content
o Support social media activities for consistent engagement across platforms.
o Support production of the community newsletter, including editing and production.
o Assist with live streams and webinars, coordinating speakers and production logistics.
3. Leverage Community for Demand Generation
o Support content distribution, handling marketing campaigns around YouTube creators and experts content to amplify user-generated content.
o Help track community-driven impact, ensuring our marketing and sales teams can leverage key insights.
o Collaborate with PMMs and DevRels, aligning community efforts with broader business goals.
4. Automate & Scale Operations
o Streamline repetitive tasks through automation and low-code workflows.
o Improve internal processes, making community management more efficient.
o Continuously optimize programs, reducing manual workload while increasing engagement.
Requirements
Must-have
* Community or Marketing Experience: You have 1-2 years of experience in community management, marketing, or communications at a startup (Series A-B).
* Experience with No-Code/Low-Code Tools: You have used automation platforms before (Zapier, Make, n8n).
* Basic CMS & Content Skills: You can edit or create simple web pages using a CMS.
* Data & Reporting Knowledge: You understand basic marketing analytics and can work with spreadsheets.
* Process & Automation Mindset: You are eager to optimize workflows and automate manual tasks.
Nice-to-have
* Hands-on n8n Experience: You've used n8n for your own projects or in a professional setting.
* Headless CMS Experience: You've worked with tools like Strapi, Contentful, or Builder.io.
* Social Media & Community Engagement: You understand best practices for engaging online communities.
* Content Creation Knowledge: You have experience working with video creators or influencer marketing.
