Bettystown PCC Caretaker/Clerical Officer Role
The role involves providing administrative and caretaking support to staff members.
Key responsibilities include:
* Receiving and processing deliveries
* Assisting staff with various duties as needed
* Lifting heavy loads on a regular basis
* Collaborating with the landlord to address any building-related issues that may arise
* Performing minor repairs as required
* Coordinating with contractors who enter the premises for work purposes
* Issuing swipe cards and car parking fobs to new staff members
* Providing guided tours of the building to new staff and visitors
* Removing rubbish and waste on a daily basis
* Flushing the downstairs area's legionella system according to protocol (3 minutes hot, 3 minutes cold)
* Setting up meeting rooms with chairs and tables
* Scheduling room bookings through the room booking system
* Assembling equipment for Physios and Occupational Therapists, such as wheelchairs and rollators
* Covering the reception area when needed
