CQV Engineer - Generalist

We specialize in Plant Facility Start-Up from Strategy and Planning to Execution, through to Operational Readiness. We are proud to support our clients in delivering their life-changing products to patients.
We are currently looking for skilled, Junior CQV Engineers with HVAC and/or Utilities experience to join our team in the Galway region of Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the commissioning and qualification of equipment, utilities, and systems.
* Develop and execute commissioning and validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ).
* Ensure alignment with project-specific CQV strategies and regulatory standards.
* Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
* Troubleshoot and resolve commissioning challenges promptly.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones.
* Ensure all qualification documentation complies with internal quality systems and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
* 5+ years of CQV experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical facilities.
* Deep understanding of GMP regulations and CQV lifecycle methodologies.
Skills and Attributes
* Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for complex systems.
* Proficiency in document management systems and CQV software tools (e.g., ValGenesis, TrackWise).
* Excellent organizational skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
* Outstanding communication and collaboration skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders.
* Adaptable to dynamic project environments, including readiness to travel.
