Job Summary:
Quaestor Engineering Ltd. is a Dublin based company in business since 1981. Quaestor is a specialist engineering company, focusing primarily in maintenance and service of revenue collection systems. We provide a dedicated help desk from 7:00am to 07:00pm Monday to Friday. Calls can be logged to the helpdesk by phone or email.
This role will involve monitoring our preventative maintenance schedule of work. Liaising with our Field Service Technicians on a regular basis to ensure essential preventative maintenance is carried out in line requirements. Recording all maintenance activities and escalating items as necessary.
This role follows a rota schedule from Monday to Sunday, covering helpdesk hours from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., ensuring comprehensive support throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Liaising with our Field Service Technicians on a regular basis.
* CSS (Central Support System) monitoring.
* Generating reports from the CSS and send at scheduled times.
* Receiving call-outs and accurate recording of same.
* Allocation of the call-out to a field service Technician.
* Closing the call-out.
* Answering the helpdesk phone.
* Building positive relationships with staff and customers through outstanding services.
* Performing other tasks/projects and provide assistance as necessary when required.
Key Competencies:
* 1+ years office administration experience is preferred.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and organisation skills.
* Full Microsoft Office suite knowledge and experience.
* Fluent in English language is essential.
