CSC is looking for a talented Sr. Proposal Specialist to join our in-house marketing team and support several of our dynamic and innovative business units. As a Sr. Proposal Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the intake, completion, and submission of RFXs and other custom proposals for products related to fund administration (e.g. private equity, real estate, hedge fund), governance (e.g. AIFM, AML, KYC), entity management, and business administration and compliance. Your knack for writing and storytelling will position CSC’s products, services, and people as the natural and best choice for clients.

Some of the things you will be doing:
Manage incoming RFX projects from start to finish, including opening projects, setting up kick-off calls and follow-ups, developing timelines, handling non-disclosure agreements, coordinating assignments with internal and external team members, writing and editing the contents, working with translation companies, and ensuring high-quality end results.
Maintain and develop library of RFP responses and frequently asked questions within our RFP management platform.
Develop and work with a network of in-house resources across all CSC business and shared services to answer product-specific RFX questions.
Package, execute, and deliver final RFXs based on client specifications.
Connect with leadership across the company to approve RFX content.
Collaborate on enhancements and process improvements to our current format and content, including opportunities to integrate AI.
Ensure all responses are timely and accurate; all deadlines are met.
Track RFX results via Salesforce and assist with compiling weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Ad hoc duties as needed, including basic due diligence requests.
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
At least seven years of RFP experience, preferably with a background in financial services or similar highly regulated and complex industry
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working within fast-moving deadlines
The ability to work independently and function as part of a team
Able to manage and mentor two to three colleagues
Strong time-management skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills—must be able to produce a convincing narrative
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience working with Qvidian, or similar RFP software is a plus
Ambitious and easy to work with
Assertive and able to commute urgency when necessary
Attention to detail
Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Adobe InDesign knowledge is a plus
