Role Requirements:
* A QQI Level 7 Degree in Social Care or a Nursing Degree (registered with the NMBI) or a degree in another relevant Allied Healthcare discipline.
* A minimum of three years' experience in a management or supervisory role in Health or Social Care.
* Nursing experience caring for children with complex needs.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
