Key Responsibilities:

3. Maintain accurate records and manage reservations
4. Process payments and issue receipts
5. Manage phone lines, emails, and other communications
6. Ensure a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years experience as a Receptionist
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
4. Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
5. Basic computer skills and knowledge of office equipment
6. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
