Job Title: IP Product Manager (Router/Switch/Enterprise Network Products) Location: Dublin, Ireland Department: Solutions, Ireland Job Responsibilities: Responsible for product planning, requirement analysis, design, and implementation of network products (such as routers, switches, enterprise network devices, etc.), managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to deployment. Deeply understand IP networking technologies, develop product roadmaps based on market and customer demands, ensuring the competitiveness and market adaptability of the products. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including R&D, design, testing, and marketing, to ensure the on-time and high-quality delivery of products. Continuously monitor industry trends and technological advancements in networking, analyze competitors products, and optimize existing products to enhance user experience. Communicate with customers and partners, gather feedback, guide product optimization, and support the sales team in driving market promotion of the products. Participate in product launches, training, and technical support, ensuring the smooth introduction and market adoption of products. Job Requirements: A bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Communications, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. At least 3 years of experience as a product manager, with experience in routers, switches, or enterprise network devices being preferred. In-depth understanding of IP network protocols and related technologies, with experience in R&D and management of network products. Familiarity with product lifecycle management, able to independently perform requirement analysis, product planning, and implementation. Strong communication skills and team collaboration abilities, able to coordinate resources to drive product delivery. Sensitivity to market demands, strong data analysis skills, able to make data-driven decisions. Additional Qualifications: Experience in large network equipment companies or the telecommunications industry. Familiarity with emerging network technologies such as SDN and NFV is preferred.
