What You’ll Be Doing
* Inspiring & Leading - Guide and mentor the Account Management & Customer Service teams (42 FTE), creating a culture of trust, collaboration, and excellence.
* Driving Customer Success - Build strong, lasting relationships with our customers, personally engaging with key accounts to ensure their evolving needs are met.
* Develop Winning Strategies - Create and implement customer growth, retention, and satisfaction initiatives, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
* Champion Digital Innovation - Lead our Digital First approach, making customer interactions smoother and more efficient.
* Shape Business Decisions - Work closely with senior leadership to refine pricing strategies and develop new offerings tailored to customer needs.
* Lead the EV Transition - Help customers navigate the future of energy, supporting them with the right products and solutions as their needs evolve.
* Foster Inclusivity & Engagement - Create a workplace where every team member feels valued, supported, and empowered.

* Knowledge of the Fuel or EV sector (or a keen interest in learning).
