Quality Assurance Coordinator
We are seeking a self-driven and highly motivated individual to join our Community Care division as a Quality Assurance Coordinator. This full-time role will be based in Sligo, with travel required to residential services across the Northwest and western regions.
About the Role
The successful candidate will assist the Group Quality Director in managing the Quality Management System, ensuring that care provided meets the needs of the people we support and prioritizes their safety at all times.
Key Responsibilities
* Implementing a quality system in a care environment
* Risk management and Incident management & review
* Knowledge and experience in regulations, standards, and inspections
* Developing and maintaining strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
* Working independently using initiative and creativity
Requirements
* A third-level qualification in health, social care, or quality management
* At least one year of experience working in a social care setting
* A full driver's license with eligibility to drive in Ireland and access to a vehicle
* Eligibility to work in Ireland without restriction
