Sales Team Manager
Artemis Human Capital is recruiting a Sales Team Manager on behalf of a leader in the luxury retail industry. This newly created role requires a sales expert who can lead a team of motivated sales representatives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the entire sales process, excelling in lead generation, CRM management, relationship building, and closing deals. A quick learner with strong negotiation skills and a proven track record is required to inspire high performance in others.
This role demands a sharp-minded leader who can coach, advise, motivate, and build a high-performing team while making necessary staffing decisions when required.
Key Objectives:
* Manage, coach, and motivate the sales team
* Ensure the CRM database is effectively utilized to its fullest potential
* Stay updated on industry trends and ensure the team is prepared to face daily challenges
* Recruit, train, motivate, and advise sales representatives
* Collaborate with directors to set sales goals, analyze performance data, make forecasts, and communicate these objectives to the team daily
* Continuously develop hiring, training, and leadership skills to ensure effective sales tactics are in place to meet revenue objectives
* Generate leads, drive sales, and nurture client relationships
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and broadens the company's global presence
* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
* Recruit, train, and monitor the performance of sales representatives
* Identify knowledge gaps within the team and implement strategies to address them
* Conduct daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and track progress toward company targets
* Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes
Requirements:
* A minimum of five years of experience in managing sales teams
* Proven success throughout the entire sales process, from planning to closing
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Strong leadership abilities
* Experience working with High Net Worth Individuals
