Role: Dutch - speaking customer service agent Location: Dublin Salary:€34200 (incl.

Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Assist customers with product information, placing orders, and resolving any issues or complaints Process customer returns and exchanges, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and shipping, to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers Requirements: Fluent in Dutch and English Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle irate or difficult customers Detail-oriented and able to efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive and supportive work culture
