Civils Site Manager Leading Civil Engineering Contractor (Cork City) A well-regarded and established civil engineering contractor is looking for an experienced Civils Site Manager to oversee a major residential project in Cork City. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations, ensuring that the project is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. This position offers long-term, stable employment with a respected company, known for delivering high-profile projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage all on-site activities, ensuring work is carried out to the highest quality and safety standards. Lead and supervise site teams, including subcontractors and direct staff. Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to design specifications. Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations on-site. Liaise with clients, engineers, and project managers to ensure the smooth progress of the project. Hold regular site meetings and provide detailed updates on project progress. Requirements: A minimum of 5 years experience as a Site Manager, ideally in civil or residential construction projects. Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, construction management, and health & safety regulations. Proven experience managing multiple teams and subcontractors efficiently. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A full, clean drivers license. Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary between €80,000 and €90,000 per annum.
