Job Summary
This role focuses on supporting our site team in Tipperary as a Maintenance Administrator. We encourage individuals returning to the workforce after an extended career break (more than two years) to apply.
Key Responsibilities
1. Preparation for Tier meetings, including overview of safety moments, holiday tracking, and dashboard updates.
2. Maintenance of organizational charts for all CQV partners.
3. Email circulation group management.
4. Coordination of site visitors, appointments, vendors, etc.
5. Collation of information for newsletters.
6. Storyboard preparation.
7. Holiday tracking management.
8. Ensuring office supplies are available as needed.
Supporting Resources / New Starters
1. Organizing interviews and assisting candidates during site visits.
2. Safety induction and onboarding for Commissioning, Validation & Qualification (CQV) team members.
3. Printer access setup and CAR pass arrangement.
4. Training curriculum management.
5. Assisting with hotel accommodation arrangements for team members relocating to Limerick for project execution phase.
6. Supporting new starts with IT issues.
