We are seeking a highly skilled professional with 5+ years’ experience in a similar role to fill the role of Digital Planning Specialist, responsible for orchestrating and enhancing the delivery of daily business-essential omnichannel activities for our online channel.What else it involves:As a Digital Planning Specialist, you will:Drive and coordinate collaboration between the Digital Team and cross-functional departments such as eCommerce, Marketing, Product, Services, and Business to execute omnichannel changes across Three.ie, our Retail interactive technology, and other Digital Team-supported websites and applications.Act as the primary point of contact for the business into the Digital business-as-usual (BAU) pipeline, overseeing UX Research, Journey Design, UXUI Design, Development, Production, and QA planning.Take ownership of Design (Research, Journey, UXUI), Development, Production, Analytics and QA resource scheduling, managing resourcing conflicts and escalations efficiently.Collaborate closely with Leads and Managers across various disciplines in the Digital Team to ensure broad alignment on resourcing priorities and utilization.Lead daily stand-ups for BAU and Development teams. Fostering communication, accountability, and swift resolution of issues.Own the Digital Team’s ticket management and resource scheduling systems, ensuring efficient coordination of tasks and activities.Track and report weekly on resource activity and task progress, providing insights for continuous improvement.Continuously optimize, implement, and champion new processes to enhance our ways of working, demonstrating an "always on" commitment to improvement.Work closely with DevOps, DevSec, and QA to champion good security test practices in our processes.Serve as the Digital representative for Commercial Go-To-Market (CGTM), Business Go-To-Market (BGTM) and various Commercial Launch Process (CLP) steps.Lead the Digital (Online + Retail interactive tech) planning and delivery of large-scale BAU changeovers, such as Christmas and Black Tag.Lead online channel change planning for flagship device launches.Collaborate with marketing and other internal stakeholders to synchronise efforts and meet critical Digital deadlines.Work alongside the Planning & Delivery Manager and Planning Lead to develop and maintain an annual resource plan for BAU, Projects, and Agile Squads.Support the Digital Planning Lead and Digital Planning & Delivery Manager in planning and delivering large projects and new strategic initiatives.Spearhead large-BAU initiatives delivered via our Purpose-Oriented Delivery (POD) sprints, driving focused outcomes and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Conduct Post-Implementation Review (PIR) sessions for PODs with team members to continuously refine and enhance processes.Train new starters within and outside the Digital Team on our established ways of working and processes.The skills we are looking for:Must have:3+ years’ experience working in a Digital role.Experience in a project management, planning or delivery focused role.Experience collaborating with designers and developers and/or similar technical and creative roles.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Meticulous attention to detail.Exceptional team player.Self-directed, results-driven personality with a commitment to excellence.Ability to build strong relationships and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders.Capability to thrive under pressure, demonstrating initiative on multiple tasks to ensure timely deliverables.Proficient understanding of web design and development.Customer-focused mindset.Passionate about all things digital.Nice to have:Experience working with trusted partners and 3rd party vendors.Experience with Agile methodology.Experience using Jira or similar.Knowledge of web analytics systems, such as Adobe Analytics.Knowledge of Content Management Systems, such as Adobe Experience Manager.Negotiation skills.There’s a lot more to us than meets the eye.You may think you know us, but we’re full of surprises.
